Postage & Packing

How do you post my items?

We post our UK items via: Royal Mail 48 (Free Standard Delivery), Special Delivery 1pm (Next Day service), Saturday Delivery and Royal Mail International Standard (un-tracked). Occasionally a courier may be used for items over 2kg in weight.

How long will it take for me to receive my items once posted?

UK orders - Standard delivery is aimed to be received within within 2-3 working days and Special Delivery services will be received next working day if ordered before 3pm. Saturday Guarantee should be ordered on a Friday before 3pm and is received by 1pm the day after. International orders can take around 7-10 working days to arrive - this is usually dependent on each country's customs procedures.

How are my items packaged?

Depending on which items you are receiving, items will/will not be bubble wrapped and packaged within custom fitted or twist wrap postage boxes, though items may be required to be packed in larger boxes for bulk items or multiple orders. Please note that the majority of our items do not fit through a postal letterbox.
